Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. There is no minimum purchase requirement. We ship from both the US and UK locations to ensure fast, reliable delivery to every corner of the globe.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Domestic (UK & Europe):
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
International:
- Standard shipping: 10-14 business days
- Some remote locations may take up to 21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, and unforeseen circumstances.

- Premium canvas (rolled, framed, or board—depending on your selection)
- Pre-mixed acrylic paint set

- Reference materials and getting-started guide
All items are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real time.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, some countries may charge import duties or customs taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authority. We have no control over these charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We ship all orders with care, but occasionally packages can be damaged in transit or go missing. If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Contact us at hello@paintamoment.shop with photos and your order number
- We'll work with the carrier to file a claim or send a replacement
For lost packages, we'll file a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, we'll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
