Dispatch Times

Standard kits are dispatched within 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Delivery Times

• UK, US, Australia, Canada, Europe & New Zealand: 5–7 working days
• Rest of World: 10–14 working days (some remote locations may take longer)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey in real time.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, some countries may charge import duties or customs taxes upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@boostmy.store with photos and your order number. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim or send a replacement.

A great photo makes a great painting. Here's what works best:

Lighting: Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid harsh shadows or flash — soft, even light brings out the detail.

Focus & clarity: Make sure the subject is sharp and in focus. Blurry photos produce blurry paintings.

Background: Simple, uncluttered backgrounds help your subject stand out on the canvas.

Resolution: The higher the resolution the better — at least 1MB is recommended. Most modern smartphone photos are perfect.

Composition: Try to frame your subject centrally and leave a little space around them. Cropped-in or extreme close-ups can be tricky to paint.

Every Paint A Moment kit is graded by difficulty. Here's what each level means so you can pick the right one first time.

🟢 Beginner
Larger numbered sections, broader compositions, and plenty of space to work with. Great for a first kit, for younger painters, or for anyone who wants a relaxing paint without a steep learning curve. The finished result still looks impressive — beginners are always surprised.

🟡 Intermediate
Smaller sections, more intricate detail, and more complexity in the overall composition. You'll start layering colours and building real depth into the painting. Perfect once you've done a Beginner kit and want more of a challenge.

🔴 Advanced
Fine detail, complex compositions, and highly intricate sections that reward patience and a steady hand. Built for painters who want a serious challenge and a finished piece detailed enough to frame as art. Expect significantly more painting time than a Beginner kit.
