Do my Brushstrokes expire?
No. They sit in your account until you want them. There is no deadline and no reminder emails nagging you to spend.
How do I spend them?
Sign in, open the rewards tab on any page, and choose how many Brushstrokes to turn into paint credit. It applies to your basket, and you can spend as few or as many as you like.
Can I use Brushstrokes and a discount code together?
Yes. Your Brushstroke credit works alongside our order and shipping offers, so you are never choosing between the two.
How do I claim a free frame or a free kit?
For the tier perks, just mention it in the order notes when you check out and we will sort it. For the Brushstroke milestones, redeem the credit and it comes straight off your total.
When do the Brushstrokes from an order arrive?
Once your kit has been dispatched. Custom kits are made to order, so give us a couple of days.
How do I move up the ladder?
As you complete orders. We will let you know when you reach a new level.
Do I need to be signed in?
Yes, Brushstrokes are tied to your account. If you checked out as a guest before, create an account with the same email and get in touch, and we will add your past orders.
